Our commitment to our customer is to provide top quality, sustainably grown & raised, local farm-fresh veggies, small fruits, poultry, eggs and seasonal surprises. We recognize the importance of safe food free of pesticides, herbicides, genetic engineering and raised in a humane manner that supports the customer, the farmer, the environment, and the community. You could call it food with integrity. Our farm was certified organic the first year we farmed in 1995. In recent years we have chosen to develop a direct relationship with our customers who in essence become their own certifiers. If you know the person who grows your food and you visit or even help out on the farm then there is no need for a third party certifier. This is just one of the many beauties of local foods. |
